Art Nouveau style, luxurious room features, unique cocktail preparations
The check-in experience felt chaotic, and the reception area lacked warmth!!! Room temperature issues and noisy disturbances from the bar detracted from my overall comfort despite the aesthetic appeal.

The luxurious room features were marred by a grotty shower.

Had a great time with my friends! The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a little jewel box. We visited the Botanical Gardens and enjoyed a lovely day out. Just a heads up, there's no on-site restaurant or bar, but the location is super convenient for exploring nearby dining options.
Had an issue with the check-in experience. The reception area felt chaotic and cluttered, which was a bit off-putting. I expected a smoother start to the stay.

The Luxury King Room had amazing decor and a spacious layout. The roll-top bath in the bathroom added a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast included was okay, but I really missed having a cooked option available. The overall experience felt quite luxurious, except for the limited breakfast choices that left me wanting more. Check-in was straightforward. I found the noise from the outside street quite distracting at times. It took away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere I expected. A bit more soundproofing would go a long way. I also noticed that the decor is very stylish, but some areas showed signs of wear.

Great spot in Bham!
We had a lovely stay! The room was super comfy and the parking made our trips around the city way easier. Really enjoyed the local eateries just a quick walk away. The area was chill and not noisy at all. Just wish the bathroom blind worked right. felt a bit off. But other than that, we loved it here!
